Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your camera arrives. If 
the camera does not change how you spend your time, you can return it 
for a full refund of the product price.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your camera must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original condition, with no signs of damage or excessive wear
- Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories 
  (USB-C cable, lanyard, microSD card, manual)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, 
or to issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished condition of the 
returned item.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at support@bepresentcam.com with your order number and the 
reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days 
with return instructions.

Do not ship a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without 
authorization may be refused or delayed.

RETURN SHIPPING

For customers in the United States, we cover return shipping. We will 
provide a prepaid return label.

For customers outside the United States, you are responsible for return 
shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are 
not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without tracking.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund 
within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment 
method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 
business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the 
return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective on arrival).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your camera arrives damaged or defective, email us at 
support@bepresentcam.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the 
damage and your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND

- Items returned after 30 days
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Items damaged by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear
- Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different color, return 
your original camera for a refund and place a new order.
