Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Every order is 
tracked, and shipping is free on all orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a 
shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order 
leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Some orders arrive 
sooner. Occasionally, customs processing or local carrier delays can 
extend delivery to 12 to 18 business days.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Estimates are based on 
typical carrier performance and may vary by destination, season, and 
local conditions.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, 
Australia, and New Zealand.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link with your shipping confirmation. Track 
your order at any time. If your tracking shows no movement for more 
than 7 business days, email us at support@bepresentcam.com and we will 
investigate.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, 
or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are determined 
by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the 
recipient.

We declare the full purchase price on customs forms as required by law. 
We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you 
notice an error, contact us at support@bepresentcam.com within 12 hours 
of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this 
window.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address 
provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not 
received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Check around your delivery location
3. Contact your local carrier

If the package is not located within 7 days, email us at 
support@bepresentcam.com with your order number. We will help you file 
a carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. 
For high-value or high-theft areas, we recommend shipping to a secure 
location.

DELAYED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, 
unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your 
cost, or to issue a refund minus the cost of the original shipping.
