OUR PRODUCTS

We make our best effort to display product colors, dimensions, and 
descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your display 
will reflect colors exactly as the product appears in person. Minor 
variations in appearance, finish, and packaging are normal and not 
grounds for return.

Product specifications, features, and availability may change without 
notice.

PRICING

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices include 
shipping where stated, but do not include customs duties, import taxes, 
or VAT that may apply to international orders.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing errors are 
not honored. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a 
typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any 
amount charged.

ORDERS

to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Reasons we may decline 
an order include:

- Inability to ship to your address
- Pricing or product errors
- Product unavailability

If we decline your order, we will refund any amount charged.

processed at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipping.

designs, and product photography — is owned by Bepresentcam or licensed

The Bepresentcam name, logo, and product designs are protected by 
trademark and copyright law.

You agree not to:

Our cameras carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing 
defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents,

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bepresentcam's total liability 
for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our site or 
products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive 
damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Bepresentcam harmless from any claims, 
losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your 
misuse of our products.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United 
States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our site will be 
resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party 
may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property 
rights.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-
wide arbitration against us.

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the 
top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after 
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
